This house is located on a dead end road in a hamlet with no neighbours across and has everything to become a nice home. The owner has recently completely renovated the house. All beams have been sandblasted and kept in view, the electricity has been renewed, there is insulation, pvc gutters and downspouts replaced by zinc.
