This cosy maison de campagne is not large, but offers enough possibilities to make it a nice holiday home.
The house still retains much of its authentic character with the well-known tomettes on the floor throughout the ground floor and exposed beams on the ceiling.
You enter the house in the kitchen with cooker that can be used both on wood and gas. Next to it you will find the living room with wood burning stove and on the garden side two bedrooms.
Bathroom and toilet are in an outbuilding that can only be reached from the outside. Here is also room for the washing machine. The attic is used as storage space and can only be reached from the outside.
Although the house is not very big, there are still possibilities to extend the living space and to integrate the bathroom and toilet.
The septic tank of the house was installed a few years ago and is therefore up to standard.
The house is located at the edge of a quiet hamlet and has an open view at the back. In the garden there are several fruit trees and a large log cabin for storing garden tools. In the surroundings you will find plenty of walking- and cycling routes.
