On a dead end road.

The house is located not far from the Canal de Nivernais, in a small hamlet, in a cul-de-sac. It is a group of houses so you don't have to feel completely alone.
The house consists of a living part with an adjacent barn (which unfortunately belongs to the neighbour) and a second barn that belongs to the house.
You enter the house into the spacious living room with fireplace. Adjoining the equally large kitchen with patio doors to the garden. Next to the kitchen, in the part where the bread oven used to be, is now the bathroom and separate toilet. On the first floor a spacious bedroom with a door to the part that is used as an attic. Another large bedroom could be made here. The garden of over 1,000 m² has many shady spots and a well. The house is currently used as a holiday home but has enough space to live in permanently. It is connected to a septic tank, which (as is the case with many homes) is not up to standard.
All in all, a home that you can still put your own stamp on; in the calm of the countryside not far from the Canal de Nivernais and the forest.
