Three houses overlooking 3.000m²

The houses are located on the edge of a hamlet and all three have a beautiful view of the surroundings.

The smallest house actually only has one room, but with a sink and toilet. Under the house there is a vaulted cellar and a roof next to it. The house is used as a guest room for family and friends and is located between the other two houses. One is used as a home while the other is rented out as a gîte.

You enter the main house through the kitchen, which forms a space with the cozy living room. Here you will also find the wood stove that heats the entire house. On the ground floor you will also find the bathroom with shower and toilet.
The stairs take you to the landing that is used as an office, with the bedroom adjacent.

The gite was originally the barn belonging to the house, which was converted into a gite by the owner. The entire surface of this building is larger than that of the actual house itself, but not all spaces are (yet) used as living space.
Here you find a living room with open kitchen on the ground floor and the spacious bedroom on the first floor with an adjacent bathroom with shower and toilet. Under the same roof you will find the 30m² garage/studio with the equally large storage attic above it. A fixed staircase connects the garage with the attic.
This house has two cellars, one of which is used as a utility room. Here you will find the washing machine, tumble dryer and large storage freezer. The other cellar is vaulted and ideal for storing fruit and vegetables.
The gîte is heated electrically.

All three houses can be used immediately.

The 3.000m² garden is located around the houses, with the ornamental garden partly raised; the rest is grassland. The garden borders a stream.
The houses have a stone terrace that offers a view of the opposite hill with the Morvan in the far distance, where in the evening you can see the lights of the Château Chinon, 30 km away.
The area is ideal for long walking and/or cycling trips, with a recreational lake not far from the house.
All in all, you will find two nice homes here that you can move into immediately and if you want to continue renting out the gîte, there is also a place to sleep for friends.
