This house is located in a hamlet near the Canal de Nivernais, close to Chatillon and Bazois.

Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, one above the living room and the other above the dining room/office.
Behind the house is a long garage with entrances on both sides and a shed for garden tools.
The garden is low-maintenance and is slightly above the road on which the house is located, so you are not overlooked by the occasional passing car.
As mentioned, the house is not far from the Canal de Nivernais, so you can cycle to Châtillon en Bazois to do your shopping, and it is within walking distance of the Aron stream.
The house is finished and well maintained, so you can move in immediately and enjoy your peace and quiet.
