Two cozy houses

These two cozy cottages are located on the edge of a hamlet, suitable for permanent living as well as for holidays.
Both houses have a living surface of approximately 52m², but each has its own atmosphere.

The house that is now used as the main residence consists on the ground floor of: the living room with a corner kitchen and the stairs to the first floor where you will find the bedroom with shower and toilet. There is a cellar under the house.

The other house has always been used as a studio and has a nice porch where it is good to stay early in the spring. Inside, on the ground floor you will find the lounge with a separate kitchen, the stairs to the floor where the bedroom is located with a sitting area and the walk-in bathroom. Connected to the house is a sanitary room which also contains the toilet.

A third building is opposite the two houses and can be used as a workshop. There is electricity and it has a floor. The grounds around it are used by the chickens; so you could also turn it into a luxurious chicken house.

The area is quiet and very suitable for walking. If you would like to get started with a vegetable garden, that is your daily walk because it is just 200m away. But that is also a nice quiet place of more than 1.500 m² where you can enjoy in peace. The shed for the necessary garden tools is already there.

All in all, an object that you, together with your family or friends, can make into a nice place.
