The plot behind the house has been carefully landscaped. Various mature nut and fruit trees provide the necessary shade and delicacies. Part of the plot is fenced off with sheep fencing and used as a vegetable/flower garden (permaculture). There is also a Swedish-style garden shed, which could also be used as an outdoor room or studio. There is also an outdoor shower with a dry toilet, and the existing well/spring can supply water to your plants (or your swimming pool, if desired).
