This restored farmhouse is located at the very end of a country road. Enclosed on one side by a forest and on the other open views of St Saulge. You can turn the music up a bit here with peace of mind; at most you will scare the animals away with it.
You enter the house in the spacious kitchen, the heart of the house, with on one side the cozy living room with wood stove and beautiful beam construction in sight and on the other side a bedroom, bathroom and storage room. The kitchen is heated with a (remote-controlled) pellet stove. On the first floor a large landing with access to another 2 bedrooms. On the side of the house a nice terrace.
The house also houses two barns and a cellar. On the property near the house there are several roofs, a chicken coop and a swimming pool. Here you also have that magnificent view of the area.
Slightly lower you will find the approximately 700m² lake with a field of approximately 1.200m² next to it where a mobile home is located. The caravan has its own power supply and septic tank. There is still enough space on the field to place an extra caravan or tent.
One side of the field is closed off by a spacious detached barn. The roof has now been renewed and the whole could serve well as a training room, but could also be converted into various gites.
The area is wooded and suitable for walking. St Saulge, with bakery and supermarket, is within walking distance. All in all, a place where you could live immediately and where there is more than enough space for family and friends.
