If necessary, a bedroom could be created on the landing, otherwise it would be a nice playground.
The house has gas central heating.
The garage, which was also used as a home and again measures that characteristic 5x5 meters. This has not been restored, so the original beams are still visible.
The house is located on a quiet road in a hamlet close to Saint Saulge, where you will find the nearest supermarket. You can possibly go there on foot.
The area is suitable for walking and cycling; there are already around 600km of routes waiting for you.
