This romantic home on a site of 7.150m² has been completely modernized, but still has the authentic appearance of a French house.
If you drive up the site, the house is located on you're right. When you enter the house, through the porch, you enter the living room. The living room is equipped with tommettes and offers a lot of space as one has been made out of 2 rooms. Because of this merger, the living is naturally separated from the dining area and a wood fire is present in both parts.
From the living room you enter the modern kitchen. This is equipped with a large cooking island and has various built-in appliances, such as a dishwasher and an oven.
From the living room you walk to the hall, where there is a toilet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a so-called "master bedroom". There is also a fireplace in this bedroom, which is now used as additional heating.
Via the wooden staircase you enter a spacious 2nd floor, the front part of which is furnished as living area and a storage space. There are two large bedrooms, a spacious walk-in closet and a second bathroom, with shower and toilet and where you also find the washing machine connection.
