Detached house with outhouse on 2.3 ha of land

This characteristic detached Nivernaise farm-style house was built in 1850 and has a nice annexe that could be made suitable as a guest house, studio or practice room. The house itself still has the authentic atmosphere on the ground floor, but the first floor has been adapted to modern times. The roof has extra insulation and all windows on the east facade are double-glazed. A large wood-burning stove (Herta with an efficiency of 81%) has been installed to heat the entire house, but the 'old' central heating can be used as is when a new central heating boiler is connected to the system.
The layout of the house is as follows: Entrance with a 'clog loft' (creating a 'heat lock' between the outside and the living room) The living-dining room has a tiled floor and beamed ceiling. With a half-open small study/work room and a shower room, the ground floor is complete.
