After 40 years having worked in "their" hotel restaurant, the owners have decided that it is time to retire. In that time they have managed to build up a successful 2 star company which is well known in the area. The hotel restaurant is located in the centre of the city, in a beautiful authentic building from 1650. In the basement you will find even the basin where the fish for the restaurant was held at the time there was not yet refrigeration. You enter the reception area that provides access to the hotel and restaurant, located on the ground floor. The adjacent bar has room for about 20 seats, the room next-door to a further 35. The outdoor terrace can accommodate 30 guests, but this number can be easily expanded. The hotel property is located on the floor where you will find 11 rooms, all with bathroom and toilet, ranging in size between 12 and 20m² and from 2 to 4 people. On the 2nd floor is the private residence of the owner consisting of 3 rooms, shower, toilet and an attic. On the 2.000m² terrain also a large barn and a smaller store that serves as a wine storage. The basement is vaulted and accessible from within. The hotel, restaurant and kitchen meet the standards in use and does not have to stop on acquisition. On average the restaurant provides up to 45-50 seats during lunch and dinner.
